Trading Fees

Promotional fee structure is active on Crix until 30th of September 2019: all taker fees are set to 0.1% regardless of the volume, all maker fees are -0.05% (rebate of 5 basis points).

The trading volume is calculated at the current USD price of every cryptocurrency for all trades executed on Crix during rolling thirty days period. The trading fees are taken from the proceeds of the trade.

Deposits

There are no cryptocurrency deposit fees on Crix.

Withdrawals

As all cryptoassets are custodied with Bitgo, the withdrawal fee for BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, XRP, XLM is 0.15% of the withdrawal amount.

On top of Bitgo fees, the network fees are charged for the withdrawals. The fees will be calculated as per then-current networks statistics. Below are approximate average fees. The actual fees can vary if the networks are congested.

Custody

During promotional period until 30th of September, no custody fees are charged.

As all cryptoassets are custodied with Bitgo, the custody fee of 0.04% per month is charged on the account balances in BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, XRP, XLM. The fee is calculated on the daily basis and charged monthly.

Storage (abandoned accounts)

For abandoned accounts Crix will charge storage fees as per the Terms of Service.
